CLIENT: A Hyderabad based leading Indian biopharmaceutical firm that is expanding globally. THE BRIEF: The Indian firm turned to us to establish a wholly owned Nigerian subsidiary. The scope of work covered from Company incorporation to recruitment of pioneer staff. RESULT: Wallnet successfully conducted a pre-market survey of the size of the Nigerian oncology market for the client, then went ahead to Incorporate the local subsidiary, leased a head office space for the client in the commercial city of Lagos and obtained all the Pharmaceutical licensing and products registrations for the firm. We also recruited the first set of employees for the firm.

CLIENT: An Egyptian PVC pipes and fittings producer that was targeting the Nigerian market. THE BRIEF: Wallnet was mandated to engage a strong Nigerian PVC fittings distributor with a track record in this area.
